City of Keene
In a dual role for the finance department and public works admin, I supported several HR responsibilities including training new employees, assisting in compensation reviews, and creating manuals to improve daily operations and onboarding. Additionally, I led team building initiatives to improve moral and communication during challenging times. Along with my dual role I also served as the interim City Secretary which allowed for smooth operations throughout the recruitment process.
TWC - TWS
In a dual role as the WIOA youth talent acquisition and development specialist and business consultant, I led talent development initiatives that increased participation across workforce development programs by supporting both job seekers and businesses. I provided hands on HR support by assisting with resumes, candidate review, interview preparation, generating job postings. I also created manuals and facilitated training for workforce staff on new program requirements and processes. Along with my dual role, I also served as interim center manager as needed which required conflict resolution and payroll processing.
Clear Career Professionals
In my role with Clear I have focused on improving the candidate experience in public sector recruitments. I lead and support the candidate relationships team ensuring they have the training and resources necessary to provide excellent service. I contribute to the strategic growth and future success of the firm by developing policy and procedure that support our mission and long term vision.
AMU
As a student, I was able to gain valuable insights that allowed me to provide additional support and insights to my firm. My time at AMU challenged me to think critically and move more strategically based on well documented research and compliance.
